You can pay your rent in cash at one of over 100 Rent Money locations. Rent Money is a service that allows you to pay your rent in cash at ACE Cash Express, Walmart, Kroger, Easy Money, Superlo and other popular Memphis retailers. You will just need your unique Rent Money voucher which can be found in your resident portal. Click on the Resident Portal Button, and click on "Make One-Time Payment" to find your Rent Money payment voucher. To learn more about how to pay with Rent Money watch this short tutorial .

Where is your office?
We do not currently have a leasing office in Little Rock. Our Corporate Office is located in Memphis, and our rental process is handled remotely from there.
Can I fill out a paper application?
We only accept online applications at this time. You should have a valid email address to apply.
How long will it take for my application to be processed?
It typically takes about 2 business days. You’ll be notified of your Application Status by email and text.
What are the qualifications to rent with you?
We will look at employment & rental history, monthly income, background, and credit history. Click here for a more detailed list! Click here to see why you should care.
My application was denied. What can I do?
If you have documentation that could overturn the decision, such as a rental ledger or check stubs, please email that info to processing@midsouthbestrentals.com and allow 3 business days for review.
How do I send my documents?

How do I view your homes?
Only our Move In Ready homes are available for viewing. Once you’ve applied, been approved, and sent us your documents, you can receive a key code to the homes you would like to view.
How do I place a deposit?
Once you’ve found the home of your choice, visit any CVS or ACE Cash Express to pay the deposit with cash. There will be a $4 processing fee. Contact us with your move in date and receive your unique Pay Near Me code, and as soon as the payment is received, the home will be taken off the market and reserved for 2 weeks in your name.
Can I transfer my deposit to another home?
Our deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
How long will a deposit hold a home?
Once you’ve paid a deposit, the home will be held for two weeks.
Can I place a deposit on a home that is not Move In Ready?
Yes! But for safety reasons, you will not be able to view the home until it is Move In Ready, so keep that in mind as you make your decision.
When do I pay my First Month’s Rent?
Once you've paid your deposit and scheduled your move in, you’ll pay your first full month’s rent on your scheduled move in date. You can pay your rent with cash at any Rent Money location (ACE, Wal-Mart, or Kroger) with a unique code we will provide to you. If you move in on a date after the 1st of the month, your second month’s rent will be pro-rated based on your move in date.
When do I sign my lease?
Our leases are processed online through DocuSign. You’ll receive it via email and can sign electronically.
